Si tuviera que elegir entre el baloncesto y correr en el parque, escogería el baloncesto porque es más divertido jugar en equipo que entrenarse solo. Corriendo, me aburro como una ostra pero jugando con los demás, me lo paso muy bien. Cuando juguemos el sábado que viene, tendremos que ganar para quedarnos en la liga pero si trabajamos en equipo, seguro que tendremos éxito.

If I had to choose between basketball and running in the park, I would choose basketball because it’s more fun playing in a team than training on your own. Running bores me stiff but playing with others, I have a great time. When we play next Saturday, we have to win to stay in the league but if we work together/as a team, I’m sure we’ll succeed / we will surely be successful.

para quedarnos en la liga = to stay in the league
